Requirements:

• Demonstrated sound industry knowledge.
• Superior communication and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage technical contract requirements and standards.
• Experience in coordinating high voltage design with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project partners.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a contact point for utility and ISOs.
• Attend and lead utility coordination and project-specific stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate interconnection provider design reviews and manage grid operator coordination.
• Review technical requirements in Interconnection Agreements and PPAs.
• Develop project scope of work documents based on engineering standards.
• Support cost and lead times for MV and HV equipment procurement.
• Manage Telecom implementation and internal/external consultants.
• Review EPC bid designs for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Support pre-construction and construction management phases.
