Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in managing projects and delivering technical/product goals.
• B.S. in physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other technical field.
• Prior experience developing integrated software-hardware products.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary projects using tools like Jira.
• Strong leadership abilities in high-ambiguity situations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of IonQ's next-generation hybrid classical-quantum offering.
• Collaborate with product management and technical leadership to transform a high-level product vision into incremental milestones.
• Create and manage project timelines, establish milestones and major deliverables, and ensure resource alignment.
• Perform operational planning and budgeting for successful program execution.
• Lead problem-solving efforts when projects encounter obstacles.
• Interface with project dependencies, coordinating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Present concise, data-driven project status reports to senior management.
