Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer/Developer.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Leader/Manager.
• Good understanding of the software delivery life cycle.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Good at working in a changing environment with complex connections.
• Experience in setting and aligning KPIs.
• Strong communication and explanation skills.
• Ability to make swift decisions in dynamic situations.
• Willingness to learn from mistakes.
• Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent planning and feedback skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1+).

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the pre-sales and proposal creation process and participating in the discovery process.
• Overseeing and creating technical solutions that match the client's expectations.
• Setting engineering quality baselines and ensuring best practices.
• Proactively analyzing and improving the quality of software delivery.
• Mentoring and coaching direct reports across projects.
• Staying updated with milestones, budgets, and project challenges.
• Setting the engineering strategy for the portfolio and defining priorities among stakeholders.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on the client’s side.
• Helping people within the portfolio achieve client goals.
• Assessing risks and preventing them proactively.
