Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role at a well-known Web3 company.
• A proven track record of growing online communities.
• Experience launching community initiatives like online forums, ambassador programs, and event series.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• In-depth knowledge of Web3, DeFi, and the mechanics of Superfluid.
• Experience with blockchain applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain a community content calendar and schedule to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
• Plan, organize, and moderate community-focused events like AMAs and webinars.
• Implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media accounts (Discord, Twitter, Farcaster & LinkedIn).
• Respond to comments and queries on Discord, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and report on community feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing, DevX, PR, and Communications for brand consistency.
• Liaise with Engineering, Growth, and Product departments for updates on products.
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
• Establish a public presence on Twitter and Lens as a community leader.
• Stay updated on Web3 technology trends.
• Collaborate closely with the COO and marketing team.
