Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a related field required (e.g., Education, Industrial Design, Emergency Management).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Experience in disaster risk reduction or community resilience is preferred.
• Proficient with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile, online meeting platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom).
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to community stakeholder needs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.
• Develop and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and aligned with objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
• Develop evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure training aligns with broader project goals.
• Engage community stakeholders to promote training opportunities and encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
