Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful enterprise CPG technology sales experience in tier one and two CPG markets.
• Demonstrable experience with complex selling to C-level executives.
• Self-starter who is resourceful and entrepreneurial.
• Team player with good experience interacting with various internal teams.
• Customer-focused with a strong ability to build long-term relationships.
• Value-selling expertise and good communication skills.
• Experience negotiating SaaS and Services contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas for contracts/revenue.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce.com pipeline of all opportunities.
• Deliver an engaging value-based sales methodology.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including solution development and contract closing.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
