Requirements:

• Currently enrolled PhD graduate student in computer science, NLP, machine learning, fairness, or a related field.
• Good publication record or highly motivated to publish at top-tier scientific conferences.
• Strong understanding of ML and NLP fundamentals with experience in common deep learning frameworks.
• Experience in curating large scale datasets and training/fine-tuning models like BERT, BART, T5, GPT for NLP tasks.
• Familiarity with new modeling techniques, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and fairness in AI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Interns will have the opportunity to innovate for customers and business, evolving key systems like content creation, search and ranking.
• The role involves pushing the state-of-the-art in high-impact research areas such as NLP, LLMs, Conversational AI, and Fair Housing Alignment.
