Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ARM, FRM, PRM, CRM).
• 7-15 years of experience in risk management with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience establishing a risk management department for domestic and international operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, operational processes, and legal/regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate future risk scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee risk assessment processes, including the identification and evaluation of business risks.
• Establish policies and procedures for risk reporting and mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide guidance to senior management on risk matters.
• Lead development of risk modeling tools.
• Monitor changes in external environments affecting risk profiles.
• Facilitate risk management training and promote a risk-aware culture.
• Coordinate with departments for integrated risk management practices.
• Manage preparation and communication of risk reports to stakeholders.
• Respond to and manage incidents and crises.
• Direct risk management team activities and career development.
• Develop and manage risk department's budget.
