Learning Experience Designer

Requirements:

• Proven experience (+5 years) in at least 3 of the following: instructional design, product design, facilitating collective learning, project management, experiential learning, or online learning/technology-based learning.
• Experience in stakeholder management, especially at the C-suite level (beneficial).
• Experience in leading design and development of learning experiences (beneficial).
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (beneficial).
• Proficiency in instructional design tools and multimedia content creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Creatively ideate, design, develop, maintain and manage powerful learning experiences for staff.
• Conduct design sessions with internal stakeholders to identify learning outcomes and competencies.
• Map out and create modules, course content, projects, and success metrics for learning programs.
• Manage project timelines for delivering well-designed learning experiences.
• Curate course content for self-paced online and in-person learning.
• Coordinate feedback mechanisms to inform future learning experience designs.
• Contribute to team pedagogy and content development.
