• Must have a minimum of 4 plus years of solid experience in litigation in State courts.
• Motivated with the desire to achieve top level results.
• Ability to work well with a team as well as work well independently.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage litigation matters from inception through trial, including depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Make independent decisions and advise clients on pre-litigation and litigation issues.
• Collaborate with experts on relevant cases.
• Conduct legal research.
• Manage other assigned projects.
