Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and be proactive in project planning and requirements gathering.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written.
• Proficiency in mobile and/or web application testing.
• Programming skills for test automation.
• Experience with FE and BE automation testing frameworks such as Cypress and Postman.
• Test case design, test data management, and knowledge of test automation design patterns.
• Experience in KPIs monitoring and DORA metrics.
• Comfortable with version control tools and CI processes using tools like Github, Jenkins, Jira.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence.
• Critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the quality strategy and execution across multiple development teams.
• Ensure best practices in testing, automation, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Mentor and support QA engineers.
• Establish standards and promote test-driven development.
• Measure continuous improvement with KPIs and metrics.
• Aim to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
