Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or an accredited technical certificate program.
• Minimum three (3) years of property management experience with OPERA, with preference for OPERA Cloud experience.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a results-oriented and proactive attitude with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with leadership and management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify integration requirements, address issues, and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide technical and functional support after going live to ensure business success.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of integration processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and debugging on the operating system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and provide quality assurance.
• Set up, conduct, and report on testing scenarios according to project requirements.
