Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is a must.
  • Previous admin or customer service experience required, preferably in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones.
  • Must be available to support weekends.
  • Past work environment in the Education industry or startup experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable.
  • Responsible for importing Eventbrite bookings to CRM and G-Cal, assisting with customer service on scheduling/rescheduling, and supporting onboarding.
  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Facilitate team communication through Slack.
  • Assist in project coordination and task tracking.
