Requirements:

• An advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MBA) in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 13 years of drug development experience, particularly in entrepreneurial or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in advancing early-stage drug programs through phase 2/proof of concept.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive development plan and budget for the lead candidate.
• Operate independently while utilizing external/internal resources to advance toward regulatory approval.
• Pilot new product management approaches and support Global Product Leaders.
• Assemble and lead a team to move the lead candidate forward.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, introducing innovative solutions for drug development.
