Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Facebook Ads minimum).
• Hold certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Ability to craft high-converting sales copy.
• High attention to detail and data-driven approach.
• Experience with additional paid advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a bonus.
• Google Analytics Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, implement and manage end-to-end paid ads campaigns on leading platforms.
• Write clear and persuasive ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
• Create video scripts for ads to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
• Develop landing pages for ad campaigns focused on conversion.
• Monitor analytics for tracking conversions and ensuring campaign success.
• Adapt to industry trends and explore new advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common campaign goals.
