Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, particularly in a B2C role, including hands-on technical SEO and content optimization.
• Advanced user of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
• Expertise in core SEO areas including content, keyword research, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization.
• Reading and writing skills in Traditional Chinese and Cantonese; verbal fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Hands-on experience in HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify SEO growth opportunities through structured audits, competitive analyses, and web traffic analytics.
• Define objectives and measurable KPIs for the SEO function.
• Develop keyword strategies and content schemas for the marketing team.
• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives working with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
• Identify reporting frameworks for SEO performance and collaborate with regional teams.
• Disseminate SEO best practices within the company.
