Requirements:
  • Good communication in English to interact with various teams and stakeholders within the company.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge in backend OOP languages, preferably Node.js, and open-source technologies.
  • Experience with relational database queries such as SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar.
  • Experience in automation code deployments or tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
  • Understanding of complex systems and familiarity with open API standards and service-oriented architecture.
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and timeline for product releases.
  • Lead the development squad, providing suggestions and guidelines to the team.
  • Initiate ideas/solutions for leading the team to solve problems.
  • Provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, ensuring the backlog is ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Control coding quality to meet team standards.
  • Participate in building complex system and architecture designs.
