Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior implementer of ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a MUST (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • In-depth knowledge of Order Management for Telecom, Telecom Network Inventory, CMDB, Telecom Service Management, and Telecom Service Operations Management.
  • Strong understanding of OSS technologies including orchestration, integration, APIs, network management, fault management, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, WMI, SSH, Python, JavaScript, and XPath.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, with proven experience in technical consulting roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the technical expert in configuring IT Operations Management Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support telecom engagements by analyzing current and future-state processes during workshops.
  • Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions.
  • Lead customer design workshops related to ServiceNow and IT Operations Management.
  • Guide customers in necessary documentation for technical aspects of the solution.
  • Provide oversight and training for customers’ future system administrators.
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and unit testing of partner resource development.
  • Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology and solution quality.
  • Manage multiple and complex projects while promoting continuous improvement.
