Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably client-facing in the footwear or outdoor industry.
  • Digital, ecommerce, CRM, or other data-driven marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience creating go-to-market strategies and managing/interfacing with clients.
  • Strong understanding of retail business, implementation, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in process and project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead marketing strategy for key accounts balancing Teva and Ahnu goals with account objectives.
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for key account custom marketing programs, including digital, social, in-store, and experiential.
  • Deliver account insights and performance updates to stakeholders for marketing plan optimization.
  • Partner with Sales and manage VSM, POP and Promo budgets including tracking, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Grow relationships with key accounts, attend trade shows, contribute to presentations, and plan accordingly.
  • Own briefing of creative needs for account-specific retail marketing plans.
