Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in client management, preferably in AI, software, or consulting industries.
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
• Preferred consulting experience at top-tier firms (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
• Expertise in AI/analytics for enterprise clients (e.g., NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling).
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and complex data projects.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry or client experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional client teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
• Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads to address challenges and optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Proactively address client needs and concerns.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for assigned client portfolio.
• Set and achieve revenue targets for each account.
• Monitor and report on account performance and client satisfaction.
