Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a corporate travel environment.
• Proficiency in online travel systems and applications such as Amadeus, Quicktrav, and Galileo.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications, particularly Outlook.
• Strong geographical knowledge and understanding of fares and rules for domestic and international travel.
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience in managing time and working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Service clients during after-hours, ensuring their travel needs are met promptly.
• Resolve urgent travel issues and provide alternative solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
