Requirements:

• Strong understanding of security principles and secrets management technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable secrets management solutions.
• Strong software engineering skills, with Go experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and its native replication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in site reliability engineering practices and infrastructure observability.
• Experience building CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Strong expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with key management practices and Secret Detection capabilities.
• Desirable certifications include CISA, CISSP, CISM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of Secrets Management tools and strategies across the enterprise.
• Ensure quality and performance of Secrets Management solutions including high availability and disaster recovery.
• Influence leadership on secure Secrets Management practices.
• Share best practices and improve processes across teams.
• Manage the Secret lifecycle including static and dynamic secrets.
• Stay updated on cryptography trends to enhance data protection strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with organizational goals.
• Build resilient and scalable Secrets Management architectures.
