Requirements:

• Professional C/C++ coding experience.
• Experience developing user interfaces and interface systems for console and/or PC games.
• Enthusiasm for the user experience and its relation to software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds to build features and achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain production-quality C++ code.
• Work closely with the members of the UI/UX disciplines to bring their visions to life.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers across diverse teams to create, maintain, and extend UI systems and features.
• Leverage and extend the in-house user interface engine and related tools.
• Directly manage 1-2 engineers, providing support, mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development guidance.
