Requirements:

• 8 or more years of software development experience on large-scale, high-volume systems in a microservice based architecture with AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science or related field.
• 3 or more years of management experience in software development.
• Proven success in providing project management artifacts in an agile environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to coach engineers and manage remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead TCGplayer through a major phase of growth as it expands internationally.
• Provide leadership and management to software engineers for creating scalable software solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers and Project Managers for managing inter-team dependencies.
• Partner with Cloud Platform & Site Reliability Engineering for a reliable platform.
• Consolidate redundant technologies for stable business growth.
