Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• License to practice independently in the state of Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Experience in individual and family-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, health psychology, CADC, marriage and family therapy, IOP/PHP programs, and group therapy is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 24 clinical hours per week, including 20 client sessions and supervision of up to 4 supervisees.
• Provide weekly supervision to supervisees, assisting with assessments, recommendations, and referrals.
• Review and sign supervisees' documentation to ensure accurate billing.
• Approve biweekly clinical hours and time off requests.
• Ensure compliance with IDFPR supervision guidelines.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions through evidence-based therapy.
• Participate in CEU and Didactic training programs.
• Engage in program development opportunities and group therapy.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary mental health team.
• Manage individual schedule using provided electronic scheduler.
• Attend individual/group supervision and department meetings.
