• High proficiency in creating technical content and analyzing specifications.
• Mastery of department style guide and formatting standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
• Experience with at least three CSG products is preferred.
• Mentoring skills to guide content developers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain end-user technical content with minimal supervision.
• Analyze technical specifications and translate them into user-friendly content.
• Write according to design requirements and with adherence to department standards.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, updating project databases as needed.
• Mentor content developers and promote teamwork within the department.
• Act as subject matter expert on department standards and lead initiatives.
