Requirements:

• Must still be in the Active-duty Military and eligible for the 'SKILLBRIDGE' Program.
• To qualify as a military member, you must have 180 days or less remaining in the military.
• Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing, focusing on veteran recruitment.
• Familiarity with military occupational specialties (MOS) related to automotive and mechanical fields.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and the skills required for automotive technician roles.
• Knowledge of military transition programs and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterans for automotive technician roles.
• Develop and maintain a network of veteran organizations, job fairs, and military transition programs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with veterans to understand their skills and career aspirations.
• Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Promote ERS at military career fairs and online platforms to showcase opportunities for veterans.
• Offer guidance to veterans throughout the application and onboarding process.
