Requirements:

• Track record of creatively scoping ambiguous problems and generating strong hypotheses.
• Grit and creativity to persist when faced with roadblocks.
• Success in resolving problems and trying different approaches.
• Ability to work autonomously and set personal goals.
• Quickly learn new software products to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrated bias towards achieving results, even across teams.
• Experience with product design, management, or engineering is a plus.
• Active TS / SCI Clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify important mission problems with users that can be solved with Vannevar’s products or new development.
• Solve problems and generate mission outcomes by embedding with user groups and using creativity and current products.
• Develop a broader program thesis that extends the work to other groups and create a compelling mission pitch.
• Assist the business development team by engaging customers and generating excitement about mission impact.
