Staff Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, experience with family or internal medicine.
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses.
• Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) a plus.
• No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers.
• Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients.
• Passionate about asking intuitive questions and educating patients about their condition.
• Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions.
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed.
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
