Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with partners and senior professional services stakeholders within a law firm environment.
• Experience working with US Law firms.
• Ability to review, interpret, and present datasets for management information packs (strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365 skills).
• Knowledge of training and development, allocation, and utilization of Associate resources.
• Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor associates’ availability, utilization, and professional development.
• Create reports for the Partner team to assist with staffing and utilization schedules.
• Log and oversee associates’ CLE to maximize work variety and skill development.
• Implement a performance evaluation process for associates.
• Track and facilitate Professional Development Priorities identified during reviews.
• Work with practice leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Organize training programs to address identified needs.
• Collaborate with HR to design a new associate onboarding and orientation program.
