Sr. Software Solutions Architect

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience in software solution design OR 15+ years experience.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience in designing solutions for banking, billing, or payments processing.
• Knowledge of domain-driven software architecture, system integration, and data modeling.
• Master's degree in technology or business is a plus.
• Agile software development experience with preferred certified Product Owner.
• Experience in the healthcare field or health plan industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Craft value stream software feature roadmaps and prioritize stakeholder feature delivery.
• Translate requirements into end user/stakeholder-readable Functional Design documents.
• Act as a technical design liaison with various teams including PMO, Vendors, and Client.
• Scope, design, and size business feature delivery efforts effectively.
• Provide guidance on solution architecture to IT Delivery teams.
• Make technical trade-offs balancing usability, scalability, and performance.
• Serve as Product Owner for Agile Software Delivery teams.
• Participate in design and sprint sessions following Scrum methodology.
• Mentor team members in requirements and functional design.
• Support vendor evaluations and contribute to ministry's Christian beliefs.
