Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in manual outreach/link building.
• University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong customer service abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to write effective outreach templates.
• In-depth knowledge of off-page SEO optimization and digital PR.
• Experience with outreach software like Outreach.io, NinjaOutreach, BuzzStream, or Pitchbox preferred.
• High attention to detail and a typing speed of 40 wpm or higher.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy with a positive attitude.
• Public Relations experience is a plus.
• On-Page/Technical SEO experience is a plus.
• Internet speed requirements: download speed of at least 40 Mbps and upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.

Responsibilities:

• Audit, strategize, coordinate, build, execute, monitor, report, and analyze link building campaigns for clients and company brands.
• Find and qualify bloggers, setting up outreach templates for efficient communication.
• Monitor inbound communications, build relationships, and follow up on outreach opportunities.
• Manage 10+ outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Drive strategy for acquiring backlinks to enhance organic rankings.
• Collaborate with the content team to create linkable assets and hire freelance writers as needed.
