Requirements:

• Must have strong understanding of the legal industry.
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Prior sales experience in client services.
• Exhibit business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Legal background preferred with desire to transition into sales/recruiting.
• Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit attorneys and legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess qualifications.
• Network with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Assist clients and candidates in making informed employment decisions.
