Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pixel Art Director, Lead Pixel Artist, or similar role in the video game industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pixel art, including character design, environments, and animations.
• Excellent understanding of pixel art techniques, color theory, and animation principles.
• Proficiency in pixel art software (e.g., Aseprite, Photoshop) and familiarity with game development tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for video games and a deep understanding of various art styles within the pixel art genre.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the visual style and art direction for the game, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of pixel artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve the desired artistic vision.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, level designers, and developers to integrate art assets seamlessly into the game.
• Create high-quality pixel art assets, including character sprites, backgrounds, animations, and UI elements.
• Oversee the creation of concept art and style guides to communicate the visual direction to the team.
• Review and approve all art assets to ensure they meet the project's artistic and technical requirements.
