Requirements:

• Advanced science degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, RN, NP, PA or equivalent).
• Prior cellular therapy experience in hematology/oncology.
• 5+ years as an MSL with cellular therapy launch experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with medical writing, publication development, and managing regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Medical advocate for Caribou utilizing disease state knowledge and understanding of investigational cellular therapy to engage healthcare providers.
• Identify and maintain relationships with clinical investigators, key opinion leaders, and research personnel.
• Develop solutions and mitigation strategies for healthcare team needs.
• Support various medical affairs projects and effectively communicate with the headquarters medical team.
• Provide detailed medical/scientific information to healthcare professionals.
