Requirements:

• Holds a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential or is a Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Masters degree in Child Development, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience in working with children and families.
• Comfortable with technology and improving tech's role in care.
• Experience using electronic medical records & technology systems.
• Self-directed and adaptable in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Using clinical engagement skills, conduct introductory Kickoff Sessions with incoming Little Otter families.
• Identify specific needs and connect families with Little Otter services.
• Assist families with scheduling, billing, and care-related questions.
• Reinforce quick connection to care by scheduling sessions.
• Provide administrative support, including creating super bills and invoicing.
• Facilitate collaborative care and support to the clinical team.
