Requirements:

• Active CPA License.
• 8-10 Years Experience in a small to medium size CPA firm.
• Stable work history.
• Ability to review a wide range of tax returns accurately.
• Ability to prepare complex tax returns.
• Staff management and deadline management experience.
• Strong tax knowledge, research, planning, and projection skills.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with Ultratax CS, Practice Management Software, Practice CS or GoFileRoom preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns while assuming primary responsibility for client engagements, including scheduling, staffing, and technical issues.
• Manage, supervise, and mentor staff in professional development and technical challenges.
• Proactively interact with clients to make business and tax recommendations.
• Create, analyze, and present financial and tax results to clients.
• Train clients on their financial position and strategic plan, guiding staff similarly.
