Requirements:

• 5+ years of prior Workday HCM consulting experience.
• Experience deploying multiple HCM implementations, preferably Workday HCM.
• Current Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and Workday to provide solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Translate requirements into project plans and architectural blueprints.
• Lead design workshops and facilitate solutions for complex Workday Talent suite areas.
• Engage in the sales process to understand project needs and anticipate client requirements.
• Document case studies and best practices following project completion.
