Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, and/or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and process.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, UserTesting, and Maze.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
• Passionate about fashion and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Champion a user-centric approach to design, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate product requirements into innovative design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Define user interactions and workflows for virtual try-on technology, maximizing usability and engagement.
• Develop visually compelling designs aligning with SpreeAI's brand identity.
• Contribute to the design system's evolution, establishing reusable components and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communicate design rationale effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
