At least 6 months of experience related to the program you wish to interview for (some roles may require more). Familiarity with most or all of the program technologies listed for your program. Excellent time-management skills. Stable internet connection required. Flexibility in schedule is necessary.

Teaching Assistants help instructors facilitate lessons and support students during group work. Tutors provide one-on-one support to students via Zoom. Learning Assistants assist students through Slack on a structured schedule. Graders offer detailed feedback and grades for student assignments.
