Requirements:

Mba or similar degree in accounting or finance, cpa/ca designation required, minimum 10 years of experience as head of finance, minimum 5 years working with founders/entrepreneurs, cpg/food/beverage experience preferred, experience in fast-paced and rapid change environments, experience leading strategic planning and financial modeling, superior communication skills, experience leading erp/mrp/crm system implementations, knowledge of legal aspects of an organization, history of raising capital and attracting investment, demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and inclusive culture

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership in financial planning and management, partner with sales/marketing to optimize roi and revenue growth, lead review of financial operations, participate in strategic planning, analyze and recommend strategies to keep the business on plan, develop and maintain strategic relationships, act as the lead for mergers and acquisitions, facilitate annual financial statement audits, provide leadership to the finance teamApply
