Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with accounting guidance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in developing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end close process and implement best practices.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to GAAP.
• Manage the annual financial audit process and develop robust internal controls.
• Prepare key financial reports and oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Interact with customers for invoicing and reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis and support annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify process improvements and act as a liaison between departments.
