Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience writing commercial software.
• Experience writing object-oriented back-end software and building web-based user interfaces.
• Proficiency in overseeing sizable projects and guiding team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Strong collaborative mindset with teammates and stakeholders.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about software engineering and learning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large projects and guide team members throughout all stages, from discovery to successful delivery.
• Contribute to the design and development of software for Content Asset Management.
• Write code in C# + .NET Core on the back-end and React.js + Typescript on the front-end.
• Work with product managers and engineers on the technical design of new features.
• Review code, build automated tests, deliver documentation, and promote technical standards.
• Work in an agile and iterative software development environment.
• Influence the team's performance and growth through mentorship and collaboration.
