Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French (C2, C1, B2).
• Advanced skills in cultural dynamics of French, including cultural implications and idiomatic expressions.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for high accuracy.
• Ability to concentrate and remain neutral and objective during conversations.
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication when requested by the client.

Responsibilities:

• Renders correct concepts and meanings between French and English, focusing on complexity, clarity, tone, and style.
• Provides strict renditions of messages, including all details of conversations.
• Employs good customer service and communication skills with clear enunciation and a pleasant voice.
• Follows client instructions, manages the flow of the call, and refrains from unnecessary interaction with limited English speakers.
• Stays calm during emergencies or when speakers are upset.
• Ensures punctuality and access to the internet for work-related communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
