Senior Security Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Solid knowledge in cybersecurity.
• Expert in cybersecurity operations processes tailored to the application domain.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with GCP Cloud, specifically CSPM implementation.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform, GitLab CI, and Qualys.
• Knowledge of modern application vulnerability exploitation techniques.
• ITIL knowledge including change control and problem management.
• Experience and skills in Unix.
• Strong knowledge in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with security audits.
• Familiarity with static and dynamic security scanning tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English at A2 level or higher.
• Passion for solving challenging problems.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in security incident investigations.
• Contribute to the management of the cybersecurity tools development direction and roadmap.
• Perform continuous risk analysis and mitigate risks of cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and present reports on audit findings reporting risks, security gaps, and non-compliance.
• Hardening and security enhancements within GCP and K8s.
• Research and develop new cybersecurity monitoring tools.
• Assess security stance of cloud and on-premise deployments, recommend and implement mitigation measures.
• Support internal documentation including standards and manuals.
• Collaborate with application architects on cybersecurity requirements.
• Implement automated cybersecurity measures.
• Participate in cybersecurity projects and vendor assessments.
• Continuous improvement of security events monitoring.
• Develop alerts, rules and monitoring automation solutions in collaboration with other teams.
• Installation support and content development for cybersecurity tools.
• Implement and automate security for Kubernetes clusters.
