Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years as a back-end application developer for web applications.
  • 1+ year of verifiable Shopify Experience.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify POS is desirable.
  • Degree or certification in software development.
  • Fluent in English, with great cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript/Node JS.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Understanding of API (Rest, GraphQL).
  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Public and Custom Shopify Apps.

  • Work with data engineers to assess impacts on data flows of downstream systems.
  • Assist architects in assessing impacts on payload and performance of new features.
  • Maintain calendar and release schedule for new features.
