Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a like for like or similar role.
• Full and detailed understanding of BS5839 Part 1.
• Comprehensive understanding of security systems problems.
• Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA).
• Manufacturers training based on regional needs.
• Knowledge of Siemens and Gent analogue Fire alarm systems preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Service Fire and associated systems in line with current regulations.
• Liaise with departments to ensure best practices.
• Complete and return company documentation for ISO 9001 compliance.
• Work with colleagues to enhance company reputation.
• Carry out scheduled servicing and necessary works at customer premises.
• Support out of hours service as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients about system status and defects.
• Plan and manage routine visits and emergency call-outs.
• Complete paperwork legibly and timely.
• Manage own equipment stocks efficiently.
