Requirements:
- Experience designing complex products, preferably experience in designing Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products.
- Some 0-1 experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions.
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies.
