Requirements:

• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written mediums.
• Knowledge of Agile work practices.
• Ability to organize own work based on established priorities.
• Documented experience in client service.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT related environment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft's SQL Server Business Intelligence (BI) development.
• Strong understanding of relational database schemas.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional demeanor and ability to develop effective working relationships.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the warehouse management system and clients.
• Troubleshooting day to day application and/or database related issues.
• Supporting enterprise software and databases in production environments.
• Developing a comprehensive library of support and training documentation and resolution guides.
• Evolving into a subject matter expert.
• Supporting and troubleshooting basic database features such as queries, functions, views, and stored procedures.
• Supporting and troubleshooting basic issues with SSRS and SSIS.
