Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years or more delivering technical training and pre-sales experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Must have a company incorporated.
• Portuguese or additional language skills are an asset.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking principles.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, access control systems, and video management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical training to Genetec customers, resellers, and internal staff.
• Contribute to improving training documentation and tools.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Genetec's product functions and features.
• Perform installation, support, and maintenance of security systems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for partners on key projects.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support the sales team during RFP responses.
• Provide first-level technical support and manage licensing issues.
